  • Eat more fiber to help keep your digestive tract running smoothly to avoid constipation
  • Drink more water. Staying hydrated helps everything run like clockwork and helps prevent constipation, which can lead to hemorrhoids. Not to mention it is essential for keeping the amniotic fluid at optimum levels, and it can help prevent a UTI from developing.
  • Exercise regularly. You may not feel like it, but your digestive tract and body will thank you if you remain active. Think a leisurely stroll around the block and slow stretching over treadmills and activities where falling is possible.
