This recall involves Target's Cat & Jack "Lilia" unicorn rain boots in toddler 5-12 sizes. The boots are white and fuchsia with a unicorn face and horn. The horn and mane located on the back of the boot are pink, orange, yellow, green, and blue. The boots inside tag includes the model number.

Concern/Hazard
The boot decorations can detach from the boot creating a potential choking hazard.
Confirmed Incidents
There have been 11 incidents of the unicorn horn detaching from the boot. No injuries have been reported in relation to the issue.
Remedy
Consumers should remove the boots from children's contact and immediately return them to a Target store for a complete refund.
