This recall involves the Summer Infant SwaddleMe By Your Bed Sleeper inclined sleepers with model number 91394. The number is on the crossbar tube of the frame located between the two upright tubes. This sleeper is a free-standing inclined product designed for sleep.
Concern/Hazard
Potential death or injury related to positional asphyxiation or other circumstances related to sleeping at an angle.
Confirmed Incidents
Infant fatalities have been reported with inclined sleep products produced by other manufacturers'. Infants have rolled from their back to their stomach or side blocking the ability to breathe, or under other circumstances.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using this product immediately and contact Summer Infant for a cash refund or voucher.
