This recall includes the HoMedics MyBaby Comfort Creatures Giraffe Portable & Bedside Nightlight, model MYB-N100GIR. The affected nightlights have a date code of GP230118 or GP290318 which is located on the bottom of the animal. It is powered by AC adaptor or AA batteries. This nightlight is yellow with brown spots and a white underbelly with brown feet. The product is approximately 3" long, 5" wide, 7" high, and weighs less than 1 lb.

Concern/Hazard


The feet on the giraffe-shaped nightlight can detach, posing a choking hazard.

Confirmed Incidents


The company has received one confirmed report of a foot detaching from the body.

Remedy


All consumers should stop using the recalled product immediately and contact HoMedics for a refund.
