This recall includes the Evenflo Pillo Portable Napper, model number 12132125. The number is on a label on the leg of the sleeper. This sleeper is a padded inclined napper.

Concern/Hazard


Infant fatalities have been reported with inclined sleep products from other manufacturers', once the infants roll from their back to other positions, or under similar circumstances.
