This recall is for the Crate and Barrel Activity Push Walkers used to assist toddlers that are learning to walk. The recalled walkers stand about 17" on four wheels and includes integrated child activities on the front. The SKU Number 124-248 is located on a white 1-square-inch sticker on the walker's bottom.

Concern/Hazard


The walkers can become damaged exposing sharp points and small parts which can cause or create potential choking and laceration hazards.

Confirmed Incidents


The company has had 3 reports of parts becoming exposed with no injuries reported.

Remedy


Consumers should stop using the recalled push walkers immediately and contact Crate and Barrel for a refund.
