This recall affects the Boppy Infant Head and Neck Support Accessory sold in Ebony Floral and Heathered Gray. These accessories have model numbers 4150114 and 4150117 printed on the label located on the back of the head support. This product is an accessory for use with infant swings, bouncers and strollers.

Concern/Hazard


The head support portion of the accessory can potentially be overstuffed causing the infant's head to tilt too far forward. This issue can create a suffocation hazard.

Confirmed Incidents


There have been three reports of a baby's head being pushed forward by the support so the chin is on the chest. No specific injuries have been reported.

Remedy


Consumers need to stop using the head support immediately and contact The Boppy Company for a full refund
