PUL

Definition from BabyGearLab's Dictionary of Terms

PUL stands for PolyUrethane Laminate, whereby a thin film of polyurethane is attached to fabric with the use of chemical solvents to make the it waterproof. Typically, PUL fabrics can be cleaned in the washing machine and dried in the dryer. However, many cloth diaper manufacturers specify that their cloth diapers should be line-dried in order to maintain their integrity and lifespan.
